This is a command macro to help diagnose a mini-hang.  It will
report on disk utilization over the last N seconds.  A disk that
shows, say, >=90% utilization over some interval is a
bottleneck.

Log this command macro in as a background (batch or
start_process) job.  Create a file named "abort" in the current
directory of the process to make it logout (or change the abort
test in the command macro to any condition of your choosing).
