Added support for VOS 14.2 and 14.3.  Added a switch -show_flags that will
display extra info about the files.  Look in list_cache.doc for details.

The list_cache command lists the number of disk blocks of each
file that are stored in the disk cache.  Options allow the
listing of directories and disk bitmaps (disk allocation tables)
along with name matching and detail displays.

list_cache now sorts the files/paths.  An additional filter was
added to show only those files that have at least X blocks in
the disk cache.
